Know Before you Go

Bag policy

Approved Bags:

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ W x 12″ H x 6″ D. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a plastic bag

Bag Check:

Bags that do not meet Cleveland Browns Stadium’s clear bag qualifications may be taken to the Bag Check Tents located either on Alfred Lerner Way at the Meijer Gate or at the northeast corner in the grass north of the East Drive. Fans may check their bags starting 2 hours before kickoff. Bag Check Tents close 30 minutes after the game ends.
Cost: $10 per bag – payment by credit card only.
Unclaimed bags will be returned to the Cleveland Browns Stadium lost and found.

Important: Fans are not permitted to carry umbrellas into Cleveland Browns Stadium.

Cashless Venue

Cash payments are no longer accepted inside Cleveland Browns Stadium. Fans must bring credit and debit cards or use contactless options like Apple Pay for all purchases, including concessions and merchandise.

Getting Into the Stadium

Option 1: Express Access Entry

Express Access, presented by Verizon, uses facial authentication technology for a free, fast and easy entry into Cleveland Browns Stadium. After enrolling, you won’t need to scan your mobile tickets at the gate. Instead, the tablet will recognize your face, and you will proceed directly into the stadium, allowing you and anyone else utilizing a ticket in your account to enter.

Option 2: Mobile Ticket Entry

Access your mobile tickets through the Browns mobile app. You are encouraged to add your tickets to your mobile wallet at least 24 hours prior to gameday.
